For diagnostics, larger repairs, and tire work, an appointment helps us reserve the right technician and parts. We keep a few same-day spaces for urgent “can I safely drive this?” questions and quick maintenance jobs.
What vehicles do you service?+
We are a general repair garage for most cars, crossovers, light trucks, and small work vans. We cover routine mechanical, electrical, brake, tire, and inspection needs across domestic, Japanese, and European makes.
Will you call me before doing extra work?+
Always. Your inspection notes separate safety items, reliability items, and optional recommendations. We ask before any work beyond the agreed estimate, and we document changes in writing.
Can you work with my warranty or insurance?+
We can provide itemized estimates and service records for your provider. Coverage decisions belong to the warranty or insurer, so we will never promise reimbursement before it is confirmed.
How long will my service take?+
A standard oil service is usually a 45–60 minute visit. Brake work and diagnostics vary by vehicle and parts availability; your service advisor will give you a time window before booking and update you if the story changes.
How are service prices determined?+
Starting prices cover the most common service scope. Your vehicle, parts, labor time, and any additional findings are reviewed before work begins, and we provide a written estimate for approval.
